Reception staff and building surveillance: $ 25 / h. The presence of 2 employees may be required for a late event.
Room preparation costs: $ 35 / h. Minimum 3 hours.
Maintenance fee: $ 30 / h.
Room deposit required: 50% of the fixed costs at the signing of the agreement (by check, cash or credit card). The invoice will follow by post for the remaining amount (fixed costs and variable costs).
In the event of a cancellation 48 hours before the event, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost estimate. Rates related to personnel costs are subject to change without notice
